在接触电阻测量过程中,允许的错误之一是接触表面之间有氧化物薄膜。
根据国际标准IEC 60694:高压开关齿轮通用规范(国际电工委员会),在测试高压断路器主电路电阻时以控制此类误差放大,测试电流应在50A至其额定值之间。
测试电流断路器通常受特定值的限制:100 A 和 200 A。
MIKO-21 中的放大器可以以多种方式设置:
- 通过从多个指定值中选择:10 A、50 A、100 A 和 200 A:
- 通过设置自动模式来选择测试电流:
- 通过手动设置测试电流在 1 A 到 200 A 范围步径为1A。

当测试电流使用时,死罐断路器的电流变压器形成一个扩展的过渡过程。因此,测量时间由 CTs 参数、数量和测试电流决定。
例如,对于 HV 油爆断路器的测量时间可能长达 30 秒。
MIKO-21 具有自动测量的专用算法可防止主观错误,并增加每次电池充电的测量次数。
仪器中编程了四种方法以启动电阻测量:
- 单次,将电缆夹接触到测试对象,然后按下 START 按钮,单次测量即可启动。
- 自动单次,电路通过按下 START 按钮启动。当测试电路和测试电缆触点之间的电接触闭合时,仪器将开始测量。可以再次按下 START 按钮重复测试。
- 周期测试是在预先指定的时间间隔中使用,当双手被电缆探头压在测试点上时启动测试。用户可以在测试之间选择时间间隔。该功能时仪器将持续工作,直到用户启用停止模式。
- 自动周期测试,电路测试将在按下STAR按键后启动连续的测试。用户连接电流电缆,一旦测量电路联接完成,测量将自动开始。如果要重复测试,只需把测试探头与测试对象重新连接即可。
该仪器包含一个内置存储数据库,其中包含高压断路器的名义值,以指示最大和/或允许接触电阻的最低值。也有被拒绝的电阻的名义值,表示电阻阈值的上下限值超出可接受范围。
用户可以添加/编辑/删除精确测量对象的名义值。
内置存储的有交效的电阻(HV断路器主电路)的名义值可方便自动检测,一旦测量值超过允许的阈值,就会用红色突出显示。
此机制之所以有效,是因为内置的名义值数据库或能够独立添加/编辑/删除测量对象的名义数据。
高亮度的彩色图形显示可确保在阳光明媚的日子轻松阅读,而与多种输入传感器显示屏的直观易懂界面简化了仪器的使用。
仪器可以从键盘或多传感器显示屏上作为适合的操作。
通过 USB 或闪存卡与 PC 的通信连接,可促进从仪器传输数据到公司数据库。该设备可集成到诊断实验室和生产电气设备的通过 PC 控制下的测量系统中。
电池功率小、重量轻、尺寸小,确保了变电站或车间广大使用领域,设备具有完全独立性和高移动性,2000 次测量的内置内存大大简化了从变电站到客户公司办公室的诊断和数据传输过程。
为了方便客户连接到对象,将使用不同长度和不同类型的夹子的特殊测试电缆:
- 2米长,带开尔文夹子的测试电缆,适用于高压断路器高达110千伏 (标准配置套件);
- 使用开尔文双尖峰的测试电缆长 1.5 米,适用于在管道和断路器室中测量(建议在设备放置在断路器附近时);
- 4.5 米和 6 米长,带开尔文 C 夹的测试电缆,适用于从 10 kV 到 220 kV 的断路器测试,(建议在设备放置在断路器附近时);
- 3米/6米或9米长测试电缆,包括带开尔文夹和开尔文C夹的测试电缆,适用于断路器测试从220千伏到750千伏,(建议当设备放置在升降机的摇篮);
- 测试电缆,用于进行精确测量和对电路部分测量,直至应用测试电流的终点。
