SKB EP: summing up the results of participation in the main energy exhibition
Last week, there were a major industry event - the Power Grids International Forum (PGIF-2023), where the SKB EP`s specialists presented modern equipment of their own production. This exhibition is considered to be one of the most significant events in the electric power industry, where the best professionals present the latest developments and discuss issues of improving energy efficiency.
Specialists demonstrated the instruments operation at the SKB EP`s stand, talked to customers using devices at substations and in other spheres, met with official partners, and also made new useful contacts.
The leading instruments which captered attention of the majority of visitors at the stand at the PGIF exhibition were:
-
new development PKV/M15 – users noted a small size of the upgraded case, as well as autonomy during operation and transportation;
-
PKV/M7 - the flagship in the range of PKV products for monitoring high–voltage circuit breakers, which carries out diagnostic with high accuracy in all basic parameters;
-
a line of modern MIKO-7M(A), MIKO-8M(A) and MIKO-9A milli-ohmmeters for conducting resistance measurements in inductive objects. Users noted the convenience of choosing a specific device for their tasks and additional functionality;
-
the UMVV-1.1 high-voltage circuit breaker resource monitoring system. The process of its operation was demonstrated directly at the stand! The specialists of SKB EP implemented a special test bench that clearly demonstrated the principle UMVV-1.1 operation: simulated the load, "created" a short circuit, fixed the temperature, and above all, fixed the change in the residual switching resource of a high-voltage circuit breaker.
The exhibition was successful! There were many guests at the SKB EP`s stand. Most of them were interested in the product line for electrrotechnical equipment control and diagnostic, functionality and strengths of instruments, and existing customers showed interest in new developments.
