Integrated Testing of SKB EP Instruments
In early April, SKB EP specialists have conducted an integrated testing at 110/35/10 "Pivovariha" substation, where the following instruments have been used: instruments for control and testing of high-voltage circuit breakers; instruments for resistance measurement (microohmmeters and milliohmmeters) and instruments for control of transformer OLTCs.

In late November, 2014 at invitation of the branch "South Yakut electrical networks" ("SYEN") of JSC "Far-Eastern Distribution Company (FEDK)" and branch "Neryungri GRES" of JSC "Far-Eastern Generation Company (FEGC)", SKB EP company has held two individual training workshops in Neryungri city (Sakha Republic (Yakutia)).

New Development – Variable-Resistance Transducer for Vacuum Circuit Breakers
For ease of measuring on vacuum circuit breakers with an open insulating housing and access to the moving contact of arc chute the DP32.1 variable-resistance transducer with analog channel was designed to measure linear displacement in the range of 25 mm.

Report on participation in exhibition "Energetika & Elektrotechnika 2014"
XXI International Exhibition "Energetika & Elektrotechnika 2014" was held on June 17-20, 2014 in St. Petersburg. The stand of SKB EP was attended by more than 60 people. These were mainly power specialists involved in repair and maintenance of high-voltage equipment: ELMASH, LLC, LOESK, JSC, Lenenergo, JSC, Kingiseppelektromontazh, CJSC, IDGC of North-West, PJSC and many others.
