SKB EP Instruments at EXPO-RUSSIA VIETNAM 2017 Fair

An International Industrial Fair EXPO-Russia Vietnam was held in Hanoi on December 13-15 under support of the RF Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of economic development, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Education and Science, as well as of business and governmental agencies of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The main objective of the fair was development of economic, scientific, technological and cultural cooperation between Russian Federation and Socialist Republic of Vietnam, strengthening the relations between countries, development of joint business, trade, economic and financial relations.

SKB equipment was presented by Company's representatives and by its official dealer in Vietnam, EMIN Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

Visitors of the stand could perform on-line testing of all the functions and get familiar with such equipment as PKV/U3 high-voltage circuit-breaker analyzer, PKR-2M analyzer for OLTC devices of transformers, MIKO-2.3 MicroMilliKiloOhmMeter, MIKO-8 MilliOhmMeter and the latest developments of the Company, namely, МIКО-10 and МIКО-21 MicroOhmMeters that are not inferior to their foreign analogues and in some aspects even exceed them.

МIКО-21 MicroOhmmeter is a high-precision instrument (error does not exceed ±0.05%), its range of measurements is from 0.1 mkOhm to 2 Ohm, and rated current is up to 200A.

The instrument is also noted for such parameters as:

• Four modes for HV circuit breaker transient resistances measurements with account of the in-built current transformers;
• Availability of an in-built data base of passport values of resistances (R_transient) of circuit breaker contacts that allows automatic comparison of measured and passport values, subject to circuit breaker brand indication;
• Interactive control using a film keyboard and a sensor screen of a color display, and advanced functions (control from a PC, USB/USB Flash ports) facilitate data transfer from the instrument to the company's data base.

Fair's agenda included exposition visit by officials and honored guests who showed vivid interest in the equipment exhibited..

A total of 200 Russian and Vietnamese companies took part in the Fair; other countries were Germany and Poland.
