MIKO-8MA supply for an industrial enterprise in Thailand!

SKB EP instruments supply to Thailand continue to gain momentum. Due to our official dealer fruitful work in Thailand, the next MIKO-8M(A) mill-ohmmeter supply was realized for the needs of an industrial paper production enterprise.

The official representative's work with the client began with the presentation of the milli-ohmmeters line manufactured by SKB EP including MIKO-7M(A), MIKO-8M(A) and MIKO-9A. During the test demonstration, the potential client reached a happy medium, choosing the functional and small-size MIKO-8M(A), which was most suitable for solving tasks in power and measuring transformers diagnostic, as well as in other power generating equipment which is used in production.

MIKO-8M(A) milli-ohmmeter is designed to measure DC resistance in inductive and non-inductive circuits in the range of 1 µΩ - 10 kΩ with a test current up to 10A. The instrument is suitable for carrying out measurements on windings of power and measuring transformers and other equipment with high inductance and also on contacts of HV circuit-breakers, busbars and other objects that do not contain inductance. In addition, the instrument has a mode that complements its main purpose – the DRM mode for non-demountable diagnostic of transformers OLTC devices.

The official representative conducted training for specialists who would work with the instrument, personally demonstrated all the functionality, setting features and measuring at the Customer's facilities.
