Results of the first training of 2023! Advanced training of specialists of PJSC "Rosseti Volga"

In early March, as part of the educational activities of SKB EP, the first face-to-face educational program for advanced training in 2023 was held. The training was attended by electricians, masters and and heads of the power grid branch of PJSC "Rosseti Volga" - Saratovskye RS on the program "Principle of operation and features of diagnosing the technical condition of high-voltage circuit breakers using SKB EP instruments".

Currently, SKB EP implements 5 full-time training programs, where each program is adapted to the Customer's tasks and the high-voltage facilities, specialists remain in their working environment, and the teacher goes to the place for training. All programs are based on 30 years of experience in production and diagnostic activities, the teaching staff is certified and has all the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge for successful advanced training.

According to an individual approach, practical classes, at the Customer's request, were conducted with the high-voltage circuit breakers diagnostic instrument PKV/M7 on the gas-insulated high-voltage circuit breaker ABB LTB145/D1/B. The main task of the course was to study the features of the device's operation with the selected object, as well as to understand the results of diagnostics.

The training took place over three days for a group of 8 specialists:

Day 1 was aimed at immersion into the subject and accumulation of existing knowledge. The SKB EP teacher talked about the features of diagnosing of high-voltage circuit breakers and their maintenance requirements; functionality, and technical capabilities of diagnostic instruments manufactured by SKB EP.

Day 2 was of particular importance, as it was devoted entirely to practical work on a high-voltage circuit breaker with a PKV/M7 device. This format allowed each course participant to understand the features of connecting to the object, perform the measurement settings, conduct tests and get the result.

Day 3 was held to support the practical experience gained, where participants learned to analyze the results (graphs) and work with software on a computer.

All specialists of the Branch of PJSC "Rosseti Volga" - Saratov Regional Grids, successfully completed the course, passing the final test with a positive result.
