New connections on a reverse business mission from India!

In the spring of 2026, a reverse business mission for delegations from India took place in St. Petersburg, organized as part of the national project “International Cooperation and Export.” In light of global economic changes, this event represents a significant step toward strengthening business ties between Russia and India.

SKB EP specialists participated in the event and presented innovative developments and diagnostic equipment manufactured by the company. It was a great opportunity to showcase SKB EP's accomplishments and connect with new potential partners in India.

During the business mission, SKB EP specialists met with representatives of Indian companies. Every meeting opened up new horizons for cooperation and the exchange of expertise.

  • Needs of the railroad industry: The parties agreed that a country with one of the world’s largest railroad networks cannot afford downtime. This is precisely why predictive diagnostic systems offered by SKB EP are highly valued there.
  • Understanding export specifics: Discussion of business consulting and the development of B2B/B2G interactions. Indian market plays by its own rules: without in-depth localization and an understanding of the specifics of tenders, one cannot succeed. It is necessary to develop customized commercial proposals that take Indian standards into account.
  • Safety as a foundation: The most serious discussion centered on the energy sector. Large-scale facilities in India are built with an eye toward the latest safety systems. The Indian side showed keen interest in SKB EP’s expertise at this level.

For SKB EP, this is a significant step toward strengthening its export portfolio. And for Russian-Indian relations, it is clear evidence that technological cooperation is reaching a new, practical level. The successful completion of the reverse business mission not only opens up fresh prospects for the participants but also contributes to the development of Russian-Indian economic relations as a whole. Such initiatives help build trust between the two countries and create favorable conditions for long-term cooperation.
