RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT IN NON-INDUCTIVE OBJECTS

Measurement of windings active resistance is an important stage of maintenance, as well as part of the manufacturer acceptance testing program.  Transformers, electric motors, electromagnets, and other objects are affected by vibration, overload and the influence of large temperature fluctuations, which leads to the disruption of the connections with the lapse of time and requires constant diagnostic with the use of special instruments - milli-ohmmeters.
