SKB EP at the Powerexpo Almaty 2024 in Kazakhstan

The 22nd Kazakhstan International Exhibition "Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Power Engineering" – Powerexpo Almaty 2024 was held at the International Exhibition Centre, from October 30 to November 1, 2024.

Powerexpo Almaty proved to be one of the largest energy events, becoming a traditional platform for business meetings, establishing new business contacts and negotiating at the international level.

SKB EP took part in this exhibition at the invitation of the official dealer.

The specialists of the companies jointly presented the instruments manufactured by SKB EP and provided details on the functionality and competitive advantages of the products to the booth visitors. The exhibition featured:

• MIKO-10 - is a compact micro-ohmmeter for easy measurement of contact DC electrical resistance in the range of 1 µΩ ÷ 0.1 Ω at a current of up to 10 A.
• MIKO-21 is a high–precision micro-ohmmeter (accuracy ±0.05%) for measurement of contact electrical resistance in the range from 0.1 µΩ ÷ 2 Ω at a current of up to 200 A;
• MIKO-7МА is a basic milli-ohmmeter for measurement of DC resistance in inductive and non–inductive circuits in the range of 1 µΩ ÷ 2 kΩ at a current of 10 A;
• MIKO-2.3 is a compact mini laboratory that includes 4 instruments (modes) In one case: micro-ohmmeter, milli-ohmmeter, kilo-ohmmeter and thermometer. In the micro-ohmmeter mode, the instrument current range is up to 1000 A;
• PKV/М7 is an instrument for monitoring of the basic parameters of time, stroke and speed of high-voltage circuit breakers;
• PKR-2М is a specialized device for diagnosing OLTC devices.

The exhibition was the utmost interesting, fruitful and dynamic! The booth visitors were highly interested in the instruments manufactured by SKB EP and make an inquiry into the possibility of acquisition and operating experience at specific power facilities.
